It can be used with other anticancer agents such as doxorubicin, methotrexate, and 5-fluorouracil to increase the efficacy of these compounds. 3'-AAC is a phosphoramidite monophosphate that can be used in the synthesis of oligodeoxynucleotides. This product is also a novel chemical entity that has not been previously described in any publication or patent application.
