Tilmicosin ist ein halbsynthetisches Makrolidantibiotikum, das hauptsächlich in der Tiermedizin eingesetzt wird, insbesondere zur Behandlung von Atemwegsinfektionen bei Nutzvieh wie Rindern und Schweinen. Es wird aus der Fermentation des Bakteriums *Streptomyces fradiae* gewonnen.
