Trichlorooctadecylsilan, mit der CAS-Nummer 112-04-9, ist eine organosiliciumverbindung, die durch ihre lange hydrophobe Oktadecylkette und drei Chlorersatzgruppen, die an ein Siliziumatom gebunden sind, gekennzeichnet ist.
