Propionsäure, 2-oxo-, Natriumsalz, allgemein bekannt als Propanoatnatrium oder 2-Oxopropanoatnatrium, ist ein Natriumsalz, das aus Propansäure abgeleitet ist. Es zeichnet sich durch sein weißes kristallines Aussehen aus und ist in Wasser löslich, was es in verschiedenen Anwendungen nützlich macht.
