CAS:Kontrolliertes Produkt
Norbinaltorphimine dihydrochloride is a potent, selective κ-opioid receptor agonist. It binds to the κ-opioid receptor on the cell surface and blocks the signal pathway that leads to the production of endothelin-a in cells. Norbinaltorphimine dihydrochloride has been shown to be effective for the treatment of oral pathogens such as Streptococcus pyogenes, Streptococcus pneumoniae, and Neisseria sp., as well as for prevention of myocardial infarction. Norbinaltorphimine dihydrochloride also has anti-inflammatory effects, which are mediated by its ability to inhibit prostaglandin synthesis through inhibition of cyclooxygenase activity.
Formel:C40H45Cl2N3O6Reinheit:Min. 95%Molekulargewicht:734.71 g/molNorbinaltorphimine dihydrochloride
