Thuliumoxid (Tm2O3) ist ein Seltenes-Erde-Oxid, das durch seine hohe Stabilität und einzigartigen optischen Eigenschaften gekennzeichnet ist. Es erscheint als ein blassgelbes bis weißes Pulver und ist bekannt für seinen hohen Schmelzpunkt und seine geringe Löslichkeit in Wasser.
