Granzyme B inhibitor II is a monoclonal antibody that binds to granzyme B, an enzyme involved in the proteolytic activity of cytotoxic T lymphocytes. Granzyme B inhibitor II inhibits tumor growth by inhibiting the protease activity of granules and genetic ablation. It can also be used for the treatment of aneurysms and autoimmune diseases, including cardiac disease and cancer. This drug has shown to have an effector function in conjugates with annexin A1 or other compounds, which may help to slow down tumor growth or prevent metastasis.
