Cxcr4 antagonist II
CAS:Cxcr4 antagonist II is a small molecule that binds to β-catenin and prevents it from binding to the factor receptor. This has been shown to suppress signal pathways, which in turn may reduce restenosis. Cxcr4 antagonist II has been shown to inhibit the growth of tissues in vitro and is expressed at high levels in muscle cells. It also inhibits the production of epidermal growth factor (EGF) and epidermal growth, mediated by EGF receptors. The expression of Cxcr4 antagonist II in muscle cells is mediated by the extracellular matrix.Formel:C21H34N4S2·HClReinheit:Min. 95%
