Beschreibung:
Molybdänoxid (MoO3) ist eine chemische Verbindung, die durch ihren hohen Schmelzpunkt und ihre Stabilität unter Umgebungsbedingungen gekennzeichnet ist. Sie erscheint typischerweise als gelblich-grünes Pulver und ist bekannt für ihre Halbleitereigenschaften, was sie in verschiedenen elektronischen Anwendungen nützlich macht. MoO3 ist ein wichtiger Vorläufer in der Produktion von Molybdänmetall und anderen Molybdänverbindungen.
