CAS:1-Stearoyl-2-arachidonoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphoinositol (1SA2AP) is a glycerophospholipid that is the major phosphatidylinositol in platelets. 1SA2AP is hydrolyzed by phospholipase A2 into arachidonic acid and 1,2-diacylglycerol. The selectivity of 1SA2AP for ionization mass spectrometry has been demonstrated using ethanolamine and choline as standards. In this study, a kinetic method was used to determine the sensitivity and selectivity of electrospray ionization mass spectrometry for 1SA2AP. Analytical results were obtained from data collected from the analysis of two samples containing different concentrations of 1SA2AP.Formel:C47H83O13PReinheit:Min. 95%Molekulargewicht:887.13 g/mol
