2-(1-Boc-3-fluoroazetidin-3-yl)acetic acid is a nonsteroidal drug that inhibits the COX enzymes COX-1 and COX-2. It is an orally active analgesic with antiinflammatory properties that has been shown to be effective in the treatment of pain and inflammation. 2-(1-Boc-3-fluoroazetidin-3-yl)acetic acid has been shown to reduce oedema formation in animal models, suggesting its potential as a therapeutic agent for inflammatory diseases.
