Single-photon emission computed tomography (SPECT) and near-infrared fluorescence (NIRF) imaging demonstrate that CK3 peptide significantly accumulates in xenograft tumors in nude mice. CK3 peptide is applicable for molecular imaging studies of breast cancer.</p>
