GalNAc, oder N-Acetylgalactosamin, ist ein Aminozucker und ein Derivat von Galactose. It is suggested that alterations of GalNAc attachment in IgA may be useful as a novel diagnostic and prognostic marker of Crohn's disease (Inoue, 2012).</p>
