GLPG2451
CAS:<p>GLPG2451 is a drug for the treatment of chronic obstructive bronchitis in adults. It is a combination of two active substances, tiotropium and glycopyrronium. The use of this drug has been studied in women with symptoms of bronchitis, including stenotrophomonas maltophilia (STM) or bronchial asthma. The efficacy and safety of GLPG2451 has not yet been studied in children. The most common side effects are cough, headache, and dyspnoea.
