Antioxidans 1076, auch bekannt unter seinem chemischen Namen 2,6-di-tert-butyl-4-methylphenol (DBMP), ist ein synthetisches Antioxidans, das häufig in verschiedenen industriellen Anwendungen eingesetzt wird, um die oxidative Zersetzung von Materialien zu verhindern. Es zeichnet sich durch seine Fähigkeit aus, freie Radikale zu scavengen, wodurch Polymere, Schmierstoffe und andere organische Materialien vor oxidativen Schäden geschützt werden. Diese Verbindung ist typischerweise ein kristalliner Feststoff von weißer bis hellgelber Farbe mit einem relativ hohen Schmelzpunkt. Antioxidans 1076 ist in organischen Lösungsmitteln löslich, hat jedoch eine begrenzte Löslichkeit in Wasser.
