Applications 2-(3-Oxobutyl)-2-azaspiro[4.5]decan-3-one is a derivative of Gabapentin Lactam (G117275); a compound that reduces protein aggregates and improves motor performance in a transgenic mouse model of Huntington’s disease. Gabapentin Lactam also opens mitochondrial ATP-dependent potassium channels.
