CAS:5-Dibenzosuberenone is a photophysical and x-ray diffraction data that has been shown to be biocompatible. It is a low energy, low light, and low light polymer that has been synthesized through a Suzuki coupling reaction. 5-Dibenzosuberenone has also been shown to have high binding constants with other molecules and is activated by light exposure. 5-Dibenzosuberenone will react with acid in the presence of radiation to form chemical structures. The activation energies for this reaction are very low, making it an ideal candidate for use in flow systems where there is minimal contact with air or water.
