5-Aza-2'-desoxycytidin, auch bekannt als Decitabin, ist ein Nukleosidanalogon der Cytidin, das hauptsächlich zur Behandlung bestimmter Krebsarten, insbesondere myelodysplastischer Syndrome und akuter myeloischer Leukämie, eingesetzt wird. Seine chemische Struktur weist eine Pyrimidinbasis auf, spezifisch eine modifizierte Cytosin, bei der das Stickstoffatom an der Position 5 durch ein Kohlenstoffatom ersetzt wird, was zur Incorporation einer Methylgruppe führt.
