Di-n-octylphosphat (CAS 3115-39-7) ist eine organische Verbindung, die als Phosphatester klassifiziert ist. Sie zeichnet sich durch ihre beiden Octylgruppen aus, die an eine Phosphatgruppe gebunden sind, was zu ihren hydrophoben Eigenschaften beiträgt. Phosphoric acid dioctyl ester is also used in multichannel taste sensors, devices that transform information about taste into electrical signals and subsequently analyzed by a computer.
