Desacetylvinblastin, mit der CAS-Nummer 3352-69-0, ist ein natürlich vorkommendes Alkaloid, das aus der Pervinca-Pflanze, Catharanthus roseus, gewonnen wird. Es ist ein Derivat von Vinblastin, einem bekannten chemotherapeutischen Mittel, das in der Krebsbehandlung eingesetzt wird.
