3H,4H-Pyrido[3,2-d][1,2,3]triazin-4-one is a heterocyclic compound that belongs to the group of endometriosis drugs. It has been shown to inhibit tyrosine kinase and thus has a proliferative effect on the skeleton. 3H,4H-Pyrido[3,2-d][1,2,3]triazin-4-one also has an antiangiogenic activity that prevents the formation of new blood vessels from pre-existing ones. This drug also inhibits tumor growth by blocking cell division and may cause cancerous cells to self destruct. 3H,4H-Pyrido[3,2-d][1,2,3]triazin-4-one can be used to treat symptom of endometriosis such as pain and infertility.
