Spironolacton

Beschreibung:

Spironolacton ist eine synthetische steroidale Verbindung, die hauptsächlich als Diuretikum und blutdrucksenkendes Mittel verwendet wird. Es wirkt als Aldosteronantagonist, indem es die Wirkung von Aldosteron in den Nieren hemmt, was die Ausscheidung von Natrium und Wasser fördert und gleichzeitig Kalium speichert. Dieser Mechanismus macht es wirksam bei der Behandlung von Erkrankungen wie Bluthochdruck, Herzinsuffizienz und bestimmten Fällen von Ödemen. Spironolacton wird auch zur Behandlung von Erkrankungen wie Hyperaldosteronismus eingesetzt und kann aufgrund seiner antiandrogenen Eigenschaften bei der Behandlung von Akne und Hirsutismus von Vorteil sein.
