CAS 52-68-6: Chlorophos

Beschreibung:Chlorophos, auch bekannt als Chlorpyrifos, ist ein weit verbreitetes organophosphorhaltiges Insektizid, das in der Landwirtschaft zur Bekämpfung von Schädlingen eingesetzt wird. Es wirkt, indem es das Enzym Acetylcholinesterase hemmt, was zur Ansammlung von Acetylcholin im Nervensystem führt, was die normale Nervenfunktion stört und letztendlich zum Tod der Schädlinge führt. Chlorophos ist eine farb- und geruchlose bis blassgelbe Flüssigkeit, die mäßig in Wasser löslich ist. Seine chemische Struktur umfasst einen chlorierten aromatischen Ring, der zu seiner Wirksamkeit als Pestizid beiträgt.
