Beschreibung:

Sulfaminsäure, auch bekannt als Amidosulfonsäure, ist eine anorganische Verbindung mit der chemischen Formel H3NSO3. Es ist ein weißer kristalliner Feststoff, der hochgradig in Wasser löslich ist und eine klare Lösung bildet. Sulfaminsäure zeichnet sich durch seine starke Säure aus, mit einem pKa-Wert, der anzeigt, dass es eine stärkere Säure ist als viele organische Säuren. Es ist eine stabile Verbindung unter normalen Bedingungen, kann jedoch bei erhöhten Temperaturen zerfallen und Schwefeloxide sowie Stickstoffoxide freisetzen. Diese Säure wird häufig als Reinigungsmittel verwendet, insbesondere zum Entfernen von Kalk und Rost, aufgrund ihrer Fähigkeit, mineralische Ablagerungen effektiv aufzulösen.
