Palbociclib ist ein orales Medikament, das als selektiver Inhibitor der cyclinabhängigen Kinasen 4 und 6 (CDK4/6) klassifiziert ist und hauptsächlich zur Behandlung von hormonrezeptor-positivem, humanem epidermalen Wachstumsfaktor-Rezeptor 2-negativem Brustkrebs eingesetzt wird.
