Beschreibung:
Zinn, mit der CAS-Nummer 7440-31-5, ist ein silberweißes Metall, das für seine Verformbarkeit und Duktilität bekannt ist. Es gehört zur Gruppe 14 des Periodensystems und hat eine Atomnummer von 50. Zinn hat einen relativ niedrigen Schmelzpunkt im Vergleich zu vielen anderen Metallen, was es in verschiedenen Anwendungen nützlich macht, insbesondere beim Löten und Beschichten anderer Metalle, um Korrosion zu verhindern.
