Tetraethylammoniumhydroxid (TEAOH) ist eine quartäre Ammoniumverbindung, die durch ihre Struktur gekennzeichnet ist, die aus einem zentralen Stickstoffatom besteht, das an vier Ethylgruppen und ein Hydroxidion gebunden ist. Sie wird typischerweise als farblose bis blassgelbe Flüssigkeit oder Feststoff angetroffen, abhängig von ihrer Konzentration und Form.
