Cyclopropylmethylmethylamine hydrochloride (CPMMA) is an experimental drug that belongs to the class of medicaments. It is a selective cannabinoid receptor type 1 (CB1) agonist which has been shown to reduce infarct size in animal models of myocardial reperfusion injury. CPMMA also has angiogenic and anti-inflammatory properties, which may be due to its ability to decrease cholesterol levels and inhibit the production of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF).
