Nefazodonhydrochlorid ist eine pharmazeutische Verbindung, die hauptsächlich als Antidepressivum verwendet wird. Es gehört zur Klasse von Medikamenten, die als Serotoninrezeptorantagonisten und Wiederaufnahmehemmer (SARIs) bekannt sind. Die chemische Struktur von Nefazodon weist eine komplexe Anordnung auf, die eine Phenylpiperazin-Gruppe umfasst, die zu seiner pharmakologischen Aktivität beiträgt. Als Hydrochloridsalz wird es typischerweise als weißes bis off-white kristallines Pulver präsentiert, das in Wasser löslich ist und unter Standardbedingungen eine moderate Stabilität aufweist.
