Trandolapril ist ein Angiotensin-Converting-Enzym (ACE)-Hemmer, der hauptsächlich zur Behandlung von Bluthochdruck und Herzinsuffizienz eingesetzt wird. Es handelt sich um ein weißes bis fast weißes kristallines Pulver, das in Wasser und organischen Lösungsmitteln löslich ist.
