CAS:Ractopamine hydrochloride is a beta-agonist that stimulates the release of fatty acids from adipose tissue, increasing food intake and weight gain in pigs. It has been shown to have significant interactions with other drugs used for bowel disease, as well as with sodium carbonate, which can be used for control analysis. Ractopamine hydrochloride is an effective drug to stimulate the release of estradiol benzoate in rats during pregnancy. The matrix effect observed when analyzing samples containing ractopamine hydrochloride may be due to its ability to bind to serum proteins or lipids. This drug has been shown to have molecular docking properties that are similar to those found in other molecules.

CAS:Kontrolliertes ProduktRactopamine HCl - 95% is a preparation of the drug Ractopamine, which is used as an animal feed additive to promote muscle growth. The drug is commonly used in pigs, cattle, and turkeys. It binds to the beta-adrenergic receptor and stimulates the release of catecholamines from the adrenal gland. This stimulation leads to an increase in protein synthesis and muscle growth. Ractopamine HCl - 95% can be analyzed by flow assay for antimicrobial resistance, sample preparation, estradiol benzoate, sodium carbonate, camp levels, ractopamine detection sensitivity and electrochemical detector. The matrix effect can be controlled by analyzing acid complex or control analysis with electrochemical impedance spectroscopy.Formel:C18H23NO3•HClReinheit:Min. 95%Farbe und Form:White PowderMolekulargewicht:337.84 g/molRactopamine hydrochloride - 97%
CAS:Kontrolliertes ProduktRactopamine is a beta-adrenergic agonist that stimulates the beta-2 receptor, leading to an increase in the release of fatty acids from adipocytes and glycerol from liver cells. The effect of ractopamine on the body weight and carcass composition can be measured by analyzing its concentration in blood plasma and urine after administration. Ractopamine is metabolized through hydrolysis into two metabolites: alpha-hydroxy-beta-methylpyridine carboxylic acid (AMPC) and pyridine carboxylic acid (PCA). These metabolites are excreted into the urine, which can then be quantified using analytical methods such as gas chromatography with an electrochemical detector.Formel:C18H23NO3·HClReinheit:Min. 95%Farbe und Form:White PowderMolekulargewicht:337.84 g/molRactopamine-d9 HCl (2-hydroxyethyl-1,1,2-d3; 1-methyl-d3-propyl-1,2,2-d3) (mixture of diastereomers)
