Beschreibung:
Fucoidan, mit der CAS-Nummer 9072-19-9, ist ein sulfatierter Polysaccharid, der hauptsächlich aus verschiedenen Arten von Braunalgen, wie Fucus vesiculosus und Laminaria japonica, extrahiert wird. Es ist durch seine komplexe Struktur gekennzeichnet, die aus einem Rückgrat von Fucose-Zuckern besteht, das oft mit anderen Monosacchariden wie Galactose, Mannose und Xylose durchmischt ist, zusammen mit Sulfatgruppen, die zu seiner biologischen Aktivität beitragen.
