CAS:5-Nitrobenzimidizole is a nitro benzimidazole compound. The coordination geometry of the nitro group in 5-nitrobenzimidazole is octahedral, with a bond angle of 120°. This molecule has acidic properties and hydrochloric acid can be used to produce it. Structural analysis of 5-nitrobenzimidizole was done at different dose groups, which showed that the skeleton structure of this molecule was unchanged. The Langmuir adsorption isotherm for 5-nitrobenzimidizole displays a linear relationship between the concentration and surface area. Molecular docking analysis revealed that ethylene diamine could potentially act as a reactant for 5-nitrobenzimidizole, forming an adduct with it. Analytical chemistry was used to determine the dietary concentrations of 5-nitrobenzimidizole in human serum samples from China and Japan.
