Sotalolhydrochlorid ist eine pharmazeutische Verbindung, die hauptsächlich als Antiarrhythmikum zur Behandlung bestimmter Arten von Herzrhythmusstörungen, insbesondere Vorhofflimmern und ventrikulärer Tachykardie, eingesetzt wird. Es handelt sich um ein racemisches Gemisch aus zwei Enantiomeren, Sotalol und seinem D-Enantiomer, die unterschiedliche pharmakologische Eigenschaften aufweisen.
