Ethyl dibromofluoroacetate is a reagent used in the preparation of fluorinated molecules in organic synthesis. It is involved in the Reformatsky-type reaction to prepare syn-alfa-bromo-alfa-fluoro-beta-lactams by using diethylzinc.
