Bovine liver Glutamate Dehydrogenase is supplied in lyophilized form as a tan powder. It was lyophilized from sodium citrate and mannitol buffer, the activity is ≥15U/mg solid, specific activity ≥20U/mg protein. Store at -20°C on arrival.NADP+ is available here and NADPH is available here, depending on whether you require the reaction to proceed from left to right or from right to left, respectively.
