Not recommended for use with bovine targets, as it contains BSA in its blocking and dilution buffers. 0.18 M H2SO4 is needed to stop the enzyme substrate reaction but is not included in this kit. ELISA Wash Solution 50 mM Tris buffered saline, pH 8.0, 0.05% Tween20.Store between 2 - 30 °C for up to one year.
ELISA Blocking Buffer 50 mM Tris buffered saline, pH 8.0, 1% BSA.Store between 2 - 8 °C for up to one year.
