Beschreibung:The PARK7 antibody is a monoclonal antibody that targets the PARK7 protein, also known as DJ-1. This protein is involved in various cellular processes, including hepatocyte growth, fibronectin binding, and lipoprotein lipase activity. The PARK7 antibody has been shown to inhibit the growth of MCF-7 cells, a breast cancer cell line. Additionally, it has cytotoxic effects on tumor cells and can enhance the effectiveness of retinoid-based therapies. The PARK7 antibody is also useful for detecting the presence of creatine kinase and multidrug resistance-associated protein 1 (MRP1). It is available as both polyclonal and monoclonal antibodies.
