Levallorphan-d5 tartrate is a fluorescent dye that can be used for the detection of cavity in animal experiments. It is a water-soluble drug that is orally administered to animals with primary sclerosing cholangitis. The microspheres are then injected into the bile ducts, where they dissolve and release levallorphan-d5 tartrate. This drug has been shown to enter liver cells and bind to fat droplets, which causes their destruction and reduces the inflammatory response in these cells. Levallorphan-d5 tartrate has also been shown to have a specific therapeutic effect on primary sclerosing cholangitis by inhibiting the migration of neutrophils into the bile ducts and reducing inflammation in these cells.
