Beschreibung

±-Naphthol Orange is a fluorescent dye that is used for wastewater treatment. It is a cationic surfactant that exhibits high kinetic stability and strong film-forming ability. The orange color of ±-naphthol orange is derived from the hydroxyl group and the hydrogen atom that are bonded to the benzene ring. The presence of these two groups also gives ±-naphthol orange its ability to form hydrogen bonds with other molecules, as well as its fluorescence properties.
