Beschreibung:Pargyline is a drug that belongs to the class of tricyclic antidepressants. It has inhibitory properties and acts as a monoamine oxidase inhibitor (MAOI). Pargyline inhibits the production of 5-hydroxytryptamine (5-HT) by inhibiting the activity of the enzyme, monoamine oxidase A.
