Beschreibung

Isoamyl 2-furancarboxylate is a monomer that belongs to the industrial group of sulfonation. It is patented and has been shown to be useful as an adsorption agent in the removal of styrene from air. Isoamyl 2-furancarboxylate is also used as a catalyst for the polymerization of alpha-olefins, and its carboxylic ester group is an adsorbent for some compounds, such as carboxylic acids. The velocity of this monomer at room temperature can be calculated by the following equation:
