Beschreibung:
3-Methyl-isothiazole is a trifluoroacetic acid derivative that can inhibit growth factor, chemokine and receptor activity. It has been shown to be potent in the treatment of cancer cells. The binding of 3-methyl-isothiazole with bromodomains may be due to its quinoline structure that contains an amine group and a hydroxyl group. This reaction mechanism may be due to the carbonyl group on the 3-methyl-isothiazole molecule.
