Beschreibung:Pradefovir mesylate is a prodrug that is converted to pradefovir in the human body. It has been shown to be an effective antiviral drug for the treatment of HIV infection and hepatitis B virus. Pradefovir prevents replication of the virus by blocking reverse transcriptase, which is required for viral DNA synthesis.
