Beschreibung

(-)-Acylfulvene is an analog of the natural product xylan, which has been shown to induce apoptosis in cancer cells. It is a potent inhibitor of protein kinases and has demonstrated anticancer activity in vitro and in vivo. (-)-Acylfulvene has been found to be effective against a wide range of human cancers, including tumors of the breast, lung, colon, and prostate. This compound has also been studied as a potential treatment for urinary bladder cancer due to its ability to inhibit the growth of cancer cells. As a promising class of anticancer agents, (-)-Acylfulvene and its derivatives are being investigated as kinase inhibitors and tumor growth inhibitors with potential therapeutic applications in cancer treatment.
