Beschreibung

Sarafloxacin hydrochloride is a fluoroquinolone antibiotic that inhibits bacterial growth by inhibiting the production of proteins required for cell division. Sarafloxacin hydrochloride has been shown to be effective against some strains of bacteria, including methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA). This drug has also been shown to be stable in both wastewater and human serum. Sarafloxacin hydrochloride injection solution is available as tablets for oral administration or as an injectable solution for intravenous infusion.
