Beschreibung

Apraclonidine is an alpha adrenoreceptor agonist that is used in the treatment of raised intraocular pressure. This drug’s mechanism of action is not fully understood however, animal and human studies suggested that Apraclonidine reduces aqueous humor production and increases uveoscleral outflow.
