Beschreibung:HT-2 Toxin is a toxin that is produced by the bacteria Clostridium botulinum. The HT-2 toxin is used as an analytical method to determine the concentration of this toxin in food, and as a research tool for studying the effects of toxins on cell membrane potential. HT-2 Toxin binds to the mitochondria of cells and causes a loss in mitochondrial membrane potential, which leads to cell death.
