Beschreibung

Mosapride is a prokinetic 5-HT4 receptor agonist used to increase colon and gastric mobility. This drug allows the release of acetylcholine from enteric cholinergic neurons. Mosapride has also shown to provide relief when treating patients with constipation- type irritable bowel syndrome as it prevents abdominal pain.
