Beschreibung

Pantoprazole is a proton pump inhibitor drug that is used to treat erosive esophagitis and promotes healing of tissue damage caused by gastric acid. It is used for the management of GERD. Through the proton pump inhibition, the formation of hydrochloric acid is inhibited thus inhibiting gastric secretion.
